It's free

Only faith in the God of the Bible and in His Son Jesus Christ, offers unconditional hope, no 'ifs or buts', no terms and conditions, no small print.

The price has already been paid. The cost of freedom. for us, is... well.. free.

All other beliefs are - 'do this..' 'do that'...  'do...do...do' and you might achieve.

Uniquely, Christianity is good news - it's
'DONE'.

A little over 2000 years ago, a man was sent to earth. He was born and lived (and died) among us as a human being. He made his profession as a carpenter and he walked, talked and breathed the same air as the rest of us. He went through all of the things that the average human being goes through. Only, he wasn't exactly an 'average' human being, so to speak. He was much, much more.

This man baffled the people of that day with his astounding ability to perform miracles. He raised the dead to life, healed
the sick, the blind were given sight. He taught with wisdom that still has no equal. He cared like no other person has ever cared, and he loved like no other has ever loved.

He loved to the point of death, nailed to an old wooden cross as was the custom of that day for criminals. Only he wasn't a criminal, he didn't lie, he was telling the truth.

The Bible teaches that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:10-12). The pass mark, being perfection, means we have not achieved it. That includes me, us and you. We have all made mistakes, and we have all failed to acknowledge, and therefore offended, the holy God who has given us life, and we have failed to give him the praise that he deserves.

This is why this man died. His name is Jesus, God's Son, and he died in our place, and on our behalf. He died for the likes of us, so that we would not have to face what we deserve. He paid the price.  DONE.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

The best bit of all, he didn't stay dead. Death couldn't hold him. The impossible happened and Jesus was raised to life again.

God is powerful.

And He cares.
